Plus a late lunch at a nostalgic diner in Ashton, Idaho!

Yellowstone National Park The Upper Loop!

We had a wonderful tour bus driver as we toured the Upper Loop of Yellowstone today! Went to Norris Geyser Basin, Sheepeater Cliffs, Mammoth Hot Springs & saw the Travertine Terraces, Fumaroles (steam vents), Mudpots & Lamar Valley with Bison rutting!! That was so cool!! It was a great day!! 😎 Got a little sunburn & my bad knee took a good workout today! All is well! Ended the day at a cute Mexican Restaurant on the river & dined outside!! 😍🇺🇸

Glacier National Park

Wow!! Amazing!

Our first day was taking the “Going to the Sun” road! It’s from the St Mary’s East Entrance. Just breathtaking! We say God out did Himself with this Park but we’ve said that at every area we’ve been to!!

Second day we did the Boat Cruise on Saint Mary’s Lake with a short, sort of flat, hike to Baring Falls!! I’m not a hiker but I did it!! My bad knee was pretty cooperative! So spectacular! This was a great ride on beautiful clear blue water with our Captain of the “Montana’s Mountain Navy” Evan was full of information for us!

  1. Third day we took the Eastern entrance out of the little town of Babb! Another wow day! The days were a little hazy from the fires in California & British Columbia but it didn’t effect the beauty around us! Make this a bucket list to do! If you don’t have an RV, there are motels, cabins, camping areas. Just go & enjoy!!

Lethbridge Alberta🇨🇦

We are staying in Shelby Montana & it’s only about 90 miles to Lethbridge Alberta 🇨🇦so that was our adventure today! Lunch at an British Pub which reminded us of London. The fish & chips were so yummy! Chips were dusted with Parmesan cheese & Ricky had the mushy peas which were so good & I had the coleslaw! Best I’ve ever had! I also had a Pear Cider from Ireland. We then shared a small sticky toffee bread pudding dessert!! Oh my!! We hung around awhile because it was so pleasant. Our waitress Stephanie was just a doll!! Thought about driving an additional 160 miles on to Calgary but we plan on seeing more of Canada with our RV down the road! Soooo, back to Montana🇺🇸!! Fun day!! When you’re so close to the border go over & just have lunch & enjoy the beautiful drive!! Next week Glacier National Park!! I love that we just take our time!!😎
